Dear Parents/Guardians of CJHS: As many of you have already heard, after much consideration I have decided to take another position and no longer be the principal at Carlyle Junior High beginning next semester (Jan. 3rd). My last day will be December 17, 2021. I have truly enjoyed my time here in Carlyle and thank you all for the support and the kind words you have showed me over the last four years. It has been a pleasure to get to know your students and I wish them nothing but success in the future. Although this was a very difficult decision, I am confident that with community support Carlyle Junior High and the District as a whole will continue to move in the right direction. The district is still looking at options as to who will be the next person to fill the Junior High Principal role. When a replacement has been chosen we will share that information with you. Thank you all so much. Mr. Rainey
