The Carlyle Future Business Leaders of America sold and pressed Christmas crewnecks

to raise money for FBLA and the Carlyle High School angel tree this holiday season.

The club raised $400 to purchase gifts for students in need at the Carlyle Grade School.

Members of FBLA shopped and wrapped gifts for the ten students they sponsored from

the angel tree.

Various FBLA members pressed the crewnecks during the week of December 2.

“Pressing crewnecks is a quick and easy job to do during your free time,” said freshman

FBLA member Kailee Gregg.

This is the second year that Christmas crewnecks were available to the students, staff, and

public.

Two design options were available for the crewnecks. Option one included Carlyle

Indians in festive red and green lettering and the second option included a purple retro Santa with

the phrase “Santa Loves the Indians.”

“The Christmas crewnecks are a great way to raise money for the angel tree during the

holiday season,” said senior FBLA member Kendyl Meyer.
