Mrs.Edwards' Kindergarten class had a blast today celebrating St. Patrick's Day! We played games, ate a fun snack, graphed lucky charms marshmallows (and ate them:), set a leprechaun trap and did a rainbow experiment! Thanks to Hendrix's mom Stacie for ALL the yummy marshmallows!

I was so proud of these three students this morning. They represented each Carlyle School at the IPA Student Recognition breakfast held at Greenville University. They were recognized for being wonderful all around students both in and outside of the classroom. Congratulations to Josh, Gracie , and Julie!! Our TRIBE is so proud of all of you!!

Carlyle Grade School sold popsicles at lunch yesterday to raise money for Jamie Diekemper and her family. Jamie has been battling through cancer. CGS students raised $800 for her family. No Tribe member should battle this disease alone.

Happy Leap Day! from Mrs. Edwards' Kindergarten Class! We had a fun day learning that the next leap year will not be until we are in 4th grade, made a hat, read a book about why there is a leap year, measured how far we can leap, and played lots of games with hopping frogs!

You can help the cause by giving a dollar. This will allow your student to receive a POPsicle during their lunch. Limit one popsicle per person. Any additional money brought in will be considered as a donation.
